Production & Quality Control Staff

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and prepare raw materials, machinery, equipment, and manpower to support the production process.
  • Plan, supervise, and control production operations to ensure compliance with production plans, quality standards, and required timelines. Monitor and control cleaning procedures for machinery and equipment to maintain product quality and food safety standards.

Accounting and Finance Officer

Number of Positions: 1 | Gender: Male/Female | Age: 22–35 years old

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily accounting documents and verify the accuracy of supporting documents, including payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, invoices, tax invoices, and related documents.
  • Manage accounts payable, including reviewing vendor invoices, recording expenses, and preparing payment documents for approval.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and maintain accounting documents systematically.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and sales tax invoices, following up on customer payments, and reconciling revenue and bank accounts.
  • Prepare input tax and output tax reports, submit withholding tax, VAT, and other related tax filings.
  • Perform account reconciliation and verify the accuracy of accounting balances.
  • Support monthly and annual financial closing processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

Delivery Officer

Number of Positions: 1 | Gender: Male | Age: 27–45 years old

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver products within Bangkok and surrounding areas.
  • Verify product accuracy against related documents before delivery.
  • Arrange and inspect products to ensure proper loading, accuracy, and safety on delivery vehicles.
  • Report any issues encountered during transportation to supervisors or team leaders.
  • Ensure products are transported safely to prevent damage or loss.
  • Maintain and inspect company delivery vehicles, including cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle and private car driving license.

Maintenance Engineer

Number of Positions: 1 | Gender: Male | Age: 28 years old and above

Job Responsibilities

  • Control, inspect, monitor, and follow up on maintenance activities for mechanical systems, power transmission systems, conveyor systems, machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure they remain in proper working condition and support production operations according to corrective and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Analyze and report causes of equipment issues and maintenance results to supervisors and related departments, including preparing reports when abnormalities are identified.
  • Manage maintenance systems and inspect factory facilities and utilities, including electrical systems, water systems, air conditioning systems, and other related equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Manage, prepare, and maintain machinery spare parts and maintenance tools to ensure availability and efficient operation.
  • Coordinate with external contractors or suppliers for machinery, electrical, and equipment maintenance, including supervising and inspecting on-site work.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and comply with company quality policies, regulations, and quality systems, including GHPs, HACCP, Halal, FSSC22000, and 5S.
  • Develop and program automation systems related to machinery, including PLC, HMI, C++, Fieldbus protocols, and other relevant technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to observe, analyze, make decisions, and solve urgent operational problems effectively.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team with a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous self-development.
  • Strong responsibility in task follow-up, with attention to detail, creativity, and careful problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare raw materials and inspect the readiness of tools, machinery, and equipment before starting production.
  • Operate machinery and produce products according to the production plan.
  • Clean, store, and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Count, arrange, and organize products in the warehouse, including checking documents to ensure accuracy of product lists and quantities.

Qualifications
